The Willows classroom is a carefully designed low-distraction environment that caters to the diverse educational needs of up to six children, supported by a 1:2 adult-to-child ratio. This intimate setting is tailored to support children with a range of needs, including Autism, physical disabilities, and sensory processing challenges.
Highly trained staff use a total communication approach to enhance each child’s ability to communicate effectively. Every child benefits from an Individual Learning Support Plan, ensuring that resources and activities are thoughtfully selected to meet their unique developmental requirements.
The Willows room serves as a sensory breakout space for children from other classrooms. It offers carefully curated sensory experiences that support children in regulating their emotions and developing self-regulation skills in a calm and supportive environment.
The classroom provides a safe and nurturing space, complemented by its own dedicated garden area. This outdoor space allows children the freedom to explore and engage in free-flow play, promoting holistic development through connection with nature.
